Franciacorta docg Cuvèe Prestige - Edizione 45 Cà del Bosco

Franciacorta Cuvée Prestige - Edizione 45 by Cà del Bosco is a high quality sparkling wine, produced with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc of 3 different vintages. This is the 45th edition of this unique, complex and balanced sparkling wine. Wine is kept at least 25 months in contact with yeast; into the glass the colour is pale yellow with bright light green shades and the perlage is persistent and elegant. The bouquet is fresh and delicate, with floral and fruity scents such as linden, white peach, vanilla, natural yeast and bread crust. The sip is fresh, sapid and armonic, pleasantly persistent. The Franciacirta Cuvée Prestige by Cà del Bosco should be served ice cold as drink before dinner and can be paired with fish, shellfish and seafood. 

The history of this cave begins in the half 60s years, when Annamaria Clementi Zanella bought in Erbusco, in Franciacorta, a little field house, the so-called ‘Cà del Bosc’.

Today Cà del bosco represents one of the Franciacorta emblem, with its 150

hectares of vineyards, that are collocated in an astute position.

Moreover, in this cave it is possible visit a gallery of contemporary art, wanted by Maurizio Zanella, and famous in the world.

This is a cave based on aesthetic passion and sense, but always oriented towards the production of prestigious wines.
