The Erbaluce di Caluso Vigna Misobolo by Cieck is a high-quality white wine, produced with 100% Erbaluce grapes cultivated in the historic vineyard of over 50 years, which embraces the hill of San Giorgio, at 320 meters above sea level. This wine carries with it the prestige of the Cieck winery, renowned for its dedication to the production of wines with character and authenticity. Endowed by a bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections, at first sight it strikeswith its lively brightness. On the nose, it opens with a fragrant and complex bouquet, offering delicate notes of white flowers and pear, accompanied by mineral nuances that evoke the territory of origin. In the mouth, it stands out for its freshness and well-balanced acidity, as well as for its structure and power. The distinctive minerality and clean character of this wine make it perfect to accompany a wide range of dishes: fish-based preparations, appetizers, and fresh cheeses.
The Cieck Winery, founded in 1985 and managed by Domenico Caretto and Lia Falconieri, offers the best wines of the Canavese area, that is the northern portion of the Turin province. The pay great attention to the respect of the environment: the fight against parasites in the vineyard is strictly dealt with natural methods, also by consulting the Faculty of Agriculture of Turin. In the cellar, tradition is combined with technological innovation to transmit the peculiarities and characteristics of the territory to the wine as much as possible.
