Elegant and refined sparkling wine, produced without the so-called liqueur de tirage; it shows a brilliant and great straw yellow colour, with some persistent little bubbles. Its bouquet is elegant and refined, in addition to elegant perfumes of mature white fruit, white flowers as chamomile and jasmine, vanilla: these hints are in perfect harmony with those of yeasts, bread crust. The taste is dry, fresh and persistent, and thanks to it, we can drink this wine together with platters or soups based on fish, some types of fish.
