Chassagne Montrachet 1er Cru Les vergers Domaine Fontaine-Gagnard 2014

The Chassagne Montrachet 1er Cru Les vergers del Domaine Fontaine-Gagnard is a great white wine obtained by the Chardonnay grapes cultivated with biological methods. Characterized by a beautiful straw yellow color, it has a pleasant natural acidity and freshness. At nose, it develops fruited and flowered aromas, with hints of almonds and yellow fruits. In the palate it’s fresh and tasty and it’s perfect to drink in combination with risotto with vegetables, refined fish and crustaceans dishes and foie gras.

The Domaine Fontaine Gagnard was born in 1985, in the wonderful land of Burgundy by the Richard Fontaine and Laurence Ganard’s passion for this land, considered one of the most prestigious for the white wines production.
The extension of the plots with vines is twelve hectares, mainly  collocated in Chassagne-Motrachet. The growing happens following  traditional methods, the harvest is manual, the fermentations in the cellar happen for the use oof natural yeasts and the barrels used for the refinement are carefully selected. The Domaine  Fontaine Gagnard wines are worldwide recognized for their perfection, quality and refinement.
