Sauvignon "Graf" doc Cantina Produttori Merano Burggräfler 2017

This Sauvignon of the Cantina Produttori Merano Burggrafler is part of the “Graf” selection that contains wines made from selected grapes grown in the natural amphitheater around Merano. Elegant and fine wine, at sight it has a beautiful straw yellow colour. In the nose, it develops an intriguing and vegetal bouquet, with hints of mandarin and passion fruit, in addition to a background of aromatic herbs; this notes match the palate where it arrives harmonious and persistent giving us a lasting aftertaste. Try it absolutely with fish dishes such as ceviche and carpaccio, crustaceans, grilled vegetables and goat's cheese.

The Produttori Merano Burggräfler winery was founded in 2010 and it is the result of the merger of two traditional cooperatives of winemakers of Merano, the winery Vini Merano and the winery Burggräfler. The territory of Merano is a productive area that, thanks to the mountaintop of three thousand meters of altitude of altitude covered with snow and the mediterranean vegetation, has different terrains and microclimate peculiarities. Noble red wines and elegant white wines come from this area.
