Description

This Sauvignon of the Cantina Produttori Merano Burggrafler is part of the “Graf” selection that contains wines made from selected grapes grown in the natural amphitheater around Merano. Elegant and fine wine, at sight it has a beautiful straw yellow colour. In the nose, it develops an intriguing and vegetal bouquet, with hints of mandarin and passion fruit, in addition to a background of aromatic herbs; this notes match the palate where it arrives harmonious and persistent giving us a lasting aftertaste. Try it absolutely with fish dishes such as ceviche and carpaccio, crustaceans, grilled vegetables and goat's cheese.
