The Barbera d'Asti "Tasmorcan" of Elio Perrone is an elegant red wine typical of the piedmontese territory, produced with 100% of Barbera grapes, coming from vineyards located near Isola d'Asti, in the Mongovone area. The wine shows a beautiful intense ruby red color, while the nose expresses a very fruity bouquet with hints of cherries, sour cherries, berries and slight spices on the finish. The mouthfeel is intense, fresh and soft, with a long and persistent finish.The Barbera d'Asti Tasmorcan of Elio Perrone is perfect to drink in combination with fresh pasta with meat sauce or with a good risotto with mushrooms.
