In the mouth Masseto is rich and complex, unvealing a refined and silky structure typical of 2018 vintage. The after-taste is persistent and pleasantly tannic. This is a very elegant version of Masseto, able to merge richness and elegance. It pairs beautifully with red meats, game, braised dishes, and aged cheeses. It is also perfect on its own for a meditative tasting experience.
