More info

The Belodrade Quinta Apolonia is a Spanish white wine made with Verdejo grapes and partially aged in barriques.

On view, it shows a straw yellow color, while at nose it releases complex scents of citrus, herbs and sweet spices.

In mouth it istasty, fruity and with a well-balanced acidity.

It is the ideal wine to drink fresh as an aperitif or in combination with crustacean dishes, grilled fish, vegetarian dishes and medium seasoning cheeses.

Manufacturer

The Belontrade winery was founded in 2000 thanks to Didier Belondrade dream, which was to build a winery in Spain and to farm the Verdejo, a traditional Spanish grape. The most important wines of Belontrade winery, like the Ruenda Blanco and the Apolonia Verdejo, were born thanks to the French enological formation ofDidier Belondrade and the extraordinary caractheristics of the Spanish terroir.
