The Dolcetto d'Alba of the Comm. G. B. Burlotto winery is an excellent red wine that shows a typical ruby red color with purple reflections. Its bouquet is floral and fruity, with notes of blackberry, raspberry and violet. The taste is very rich, in the mouth is well balanced and persistent. With a good tannicity and a good freshness, this Dolcetto is great to drink in combination with typical starters of the Piedmont tradition, such as veal with tuna sauce or raw meat, risotto with mushrooms or agnolotti.
