Vinified with submerged cap maceration and aged in 5 hl Clayver cement barrels, this wine perfectly reflects the character of the Colli Tortonesi region. Characterized by a beautiful straw-yellow color, it offers aromas of yellow fruits, white flowers such as chamomile and acacia, followed by tropical hints. On the palate, it is fresh, savory, and persistent.
