Alta Langa docg Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature Deltetto Riserva 2018

The Alta Langa Blanc de Blanc Brut Nature by Deltetto winery is a Metodo Classico sparkling wine and it  is produced with 100% of Chardonnay grapes. It rests for at least 42 months on its lees in the bottle and in the glass it shows a beautiful straw yellow color and fine and persistent perlage. Elegant and fine wine, it develops dry and precise aromas, reminiscent of bread crust. It has a sapid and well balanced taste, with a long and persistent finish. The Alta Langa Blanc de Blanc by Deltetto is perfect if drunk as an aperitif or in combination with shellfish, oysters or fresh fish appetizers

Since 1953 the Deltetto cave produces high quality wines of Langa and Roero. It is settled in Canale and established by Carlo Deltetto: the philosophy of the cave has as purpose the respect of nature and of the great Piedmont’s tradition of wine. Now the winery is managed by the son of Carlo, Antonio, together with his wife Graziella and their sons Carlo, Cristina and Claudia. There is a various and complete production, which includes red wines of the tradition as Roero Braja, Barolo Sistaglia, Barbera Rocca delle Marasche, and Barbera Bramè, but also white wines typical of Roero as Arneis San Michele, Arneis Daivei and Favorita Servaj.
